Mr. Al-Humaidan is a Chemical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in GCC petrochemical, photovoltaic and renewable industries. Throughout his career Mr. Al Humaidan was responsible on developing, managing, structuring, financing and operating of various projects and companies. He held various executive management positions and was part of different steering committees and many company’s boards such as: Saudi International Petrochemical Company (SIPChem), BP Solar Arabia Company, Christensen Saudi Arabia Company, Vetco Saudi Arabia Company, National Grid Middle East Company, Chemical Development Company, Control PET Gulf Company, Polysiliocn Technology Company and, Mutajadedah Energy Company.
Previously Mr. Al-Humaidan held various leading positions at Olayan Group, Zamil Group, Shoaibi Group and Saudi Industrial Development Fund.
20 years of experience in the chemical engineering department, holding positions such as GM of Manufacturing of the Technology department focusing on Silicone plants, EPC and construction.
He has also been in charge of designing CVD and FBR reactors/automation systems.
Mr. Kiel graduated with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytech institute of New York, USA.

Mr. Kwak has over 19 years of practical experience. He has worked for five years as Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Manager in a Polysilicon plant. Prior to that he was a Section Chief of Purchase Department responsible on sourcing equipment, metals and materials for various projects. He also participated as execution team member for many plants installation and expansions, such as Fumed Silica, Advanced Material and other Plants.
Mr. Ha has accumulated over 19 years of experience in various fields of work in chemical plants, ranging from Engineer to General Manager. Prior to joining the PTC team, Mr. Ha was the Production Manager of a polysilicon plant in Korea, and was involved from the design process to normal operation, gaining first hand experience and knowledge in the field of CVD and Hydrochlorination.
Mr. Al Marri is an established leader in administration with over 18 years of experience in managing functions of Government and Administration affairs. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of PTC.
Prior to joining PTC team he was Manager of Administration and Government affairs at the Mutajadedah Energy Company for almost 3 years.

Mr. Sami Al-Hojilan has more than 15 years of experience in petrochemical, renewable, plastics, and food industries. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing projects, conducting feasibility studies, assisting in negotiation agreements and co-ordinating with local authorities.
Mr. Al-Hojilan holds a Postgraduate Degree in theory and practice of design, manufacture, and management from University of Cambridge, UK and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University.
Mr. Al-Hojilan serves as a vice president of Chemical Development Company, one of PTC shareholders. He served as board member of Control PET Gulf and as technical consultant at Saudi Industrial Development Fund for around eight years.
